Stress What To Do?
I constantly have anxiety attacks can some one please gime me some ideas to help these it gets so bad some time where its a every day thing any suggestions?

I would bring this up with your Doctor next time you are in, but untill then try some breathing exercises with imagery. Breathe in through the nose slowly until you fill your lungs and your belly goes up. Wait a fraction of a second and then slowly release the air from your lungs through your mouth, when you get most of it out, push the rest with a blowing force. Then repeat several times. While you are deep breathing, think about a happy moment or a relaxed time in your life. This should help, it will relax you and is very good for the brain and body.

First see the dr as soon as you can. Meanwhile try to sit in a totally quiet room and sit on the floor and close your eyes and let your mind go. Think of a peaceful place such like an ocean totally clearing your head,listen to the waves hit the ocean floor and listen to the birds flying over head. Feel the warmth of the sun and the sand warm to the touch. Keep listening to the waves. This is meditation. It help me out all the time! You can picture and river or a rainbow or what ever is a peaceful picture that you can concentrate on. Hope this helps. Remember while doing this clear your mind of everything! Focus on your peaceful place.

As what most of the answers here say you needed to go to a doctor that specialize on stress or anxiety as soon as possible. Also I think you needed to take some full rest sometimes to avoid having stress. Or if that is not the case I may also suggest on having a therapist examine you a therapist some one who knows an EFT training for that kind of matter. Hope this helps.
