I think you might be overdoing yourself here. Elevate the foot a couple of times a day to see if that helps. Do it for at least 30 minutes if you can. If it keeps going, then I would go and see your doctor about it. Hope this helps, good luck.

I'll bet that when you left after having the surgery they gave you an aftercare sheet.  It would mention what might happen and what things need to be seen for.  I'm sure they gave you one.  Try to find it, it might be among whatever you brought home from the hospital.  And of course, you mustn't overdo.  You'll really mess it up if you do.  Tiggersmom is right about elevating it.  Bottom line is, if you are concerned, you need to ask the doctor.  This is the weekend but there is probably an advice nurse on duty at the hospital or your insurance carrier might provide one that you can call 24/7.
