If you had a tubal 4 years ago, the odds are next to none unless something went terribly wrong in the operation causing the tubes to reopen and allow an egg to flow through. This is almost unheard of today. My aunt who had the surgery about 40 yrs ago, the doctor botched up, and only tied and not properly. She became infected and pregnant. This is a one in a million chance of happening after having the procedure done.
