It is very easy to make potato and chicken bolls. And require about 20 minutes if the potatoes and chicken boil before. It is very different, spicy and perfect dish for graduation party. Took a bowel and put boiled potatoes, boiled chicken, salt chili, cumin and coriander and mix well and make balls in small size. Then took another bowel and pour an egg and beat it. Put the balls into beaten egg and then into breadcrumbs. Put the frying pane on the stove and pour cocking oil into the frying pane. When oil becomes completely heated then put the balls, which are coated with egg, and breadcrumbs. And fry the balls till it becomes light brown. Serve the balls into a plate, which is decorated by salad. Serve the different, delicious and spicy potato and chicken balls with tomato souse or chili souse, which make this dish more spicy and tasty.
