One device is the use of animal imagery "foul toads", "goats and monkeys" etc. Iago tends to use these images, and then gradually Othello starts using them under his influence - the images suggest disgust at Desdemona's (supposed) sexual behaviour.
Another device is the language of violence - Othello is very calm usually, but when he grows jealous uses words like "blood," "chop her into messes" etc. He also uses more repetition "She can turn, and turn again..." showing he is losing control.
