    6x² - 9xy + 3y²

    Solution:
                                                               6x² - 6xy – 3xy + 3y² = 0

    6x (x - y) – 3y (x - y) = 0
                                                               (x – y) (6x – 3y) = 0

    Now

    x - y = 0     ,     6x – 3y = 0

    x = y          ,     6x = 3y

    x = y          ,     x = 3y/6

    x = y          ,     x = y/2

    Hence
                                                         Solution Set = {y , y/2}
