If you take the pill then you can simply stop taking it earlier than usual. However, that is not really advised as it could be unhealthy for your body by messing it about.

Other than that though the menstrual cycle is natural and you cannot really change it or cause it to come on earlier. So unless you are on the pill it is simply not possible.

Overall my advice is to go to the doctors and go on the pill if you would like to control your menstrual cycle more. However it would be better to just leave it and keep things natural. All kinds of problems could occur from stopping and starting earlier one month and later the next. I know myself that when I mess my days up with the pill I feel funny during the month and slightly ill too.

I AGREE with the birth control answer. However, I have been able to make mine come early with sex. But only about 4-5 days early max. It also depends on if ur partner can hit certain spots.
