    This depends on your dietary requirements.  Fat can be calculated approximately by taking 30% of your daily caloric needs, then dividing by 9.  That is roughly how many grams you need per day.  

    On a 2000 calorie diet, you would typically try for 65 fat grams per day.

    Saturated fat should be limited to <10% of your total fat grams.
