My New Kitten That I Got This Week Sounds Like He Has A Stuffy Nose. He Is Eating And Playing Well,what Should I Do?

I would just watch him for a couple of days and keep an eye out for excessive sneezing, or coughing. It could be a cold developing. Sometimes they just need a little cleaning help. (i.e. getting rid of any, for lack of better words, boogers that may be stuck in the nasal cavity.)
If he starts panting, you might want to take him to the vet though. If they do the panting, there might be something wrong, or he could be overheating, depending on where you live. Hope this helps, good luck.
