How Do You Deal With Someone That Just Doesn't Get It?
How do you handle people that say they get what you mean but obviously they don't? I mean people that matter to you. You explain things the best you can and it goes over their head. And you're FRUSTRATED! What do you do?

My fiance's sister nods yes even if she doesn't get something. I was trying to help her with math and she acted like she understood me when I knew she didn't. It is frustrating only because she isn't gonna learn it if she nods yes when she doesn't really understand and it worries me.
