Everett Titcomb Composed A Piece Called "Cibavit Eos" I Would Like The English Translation?

This is from Psalm 81, verse 16 "Cibivat eos ex adipe frumenti." It's translated variously as "He should have fed them with the fat of the wheat" and "He would have fed them." (The Cibivat Eos part is the "He would have fed them" part.)
