Look for access panels from behind, in the trunk of the car. Once those removed, the light sockets likely are the type where you twist them about 1/4 turn and pull straight back. The bulb itself is likely the type that can be pulled straight out. Push the new bulb in, push the socket back into place, put the access panels back. Done.
