Can Child Support Legally Freeze My Bank Accounts While Also Taking Money From My Paycheck Weekly?
My bank accountshave been frozen n i dnt knowwhy they havedone this considering they take145 out of my check per week for my daughter.

It depends on how much you owe - If you are in arears then yes they can freeze your accounts, take you tax returns, put a negative mark on your credit report and even go as far as getting your drivers license suspended. Catch up on your support and life will go back to normal
