The High Druid of Shannara Trilogy is a series of three fantasy novels by Terry Brooks. It is set approximately two decades after the events of the previous trilogy, which is entitled The Voyage of The Jerle Shannara Trilogy.
The series revolves around Penderrin Ohmsford (whose nickname is Pen). He is the nephew of the High Druid Grianne Ohmsford. Grianne is one of the main characters in the Voyage of the Jerle Shannara Trilogy.
The first book in the High Druid of Shannara Trilogy is entitled Jarka Ruus (which was released on August 26, 2003). The second book in the High Druid of Shannara Trilogy is entitled Tanequil (which was released on August 31, 2004). The third book in the High Druid of Shannara Trilogy is entitled Straken (which was released on September 6, 2005).
