Most vehicles do not have a transmission drain plug hole unless they are installed by using a after market part...on most vehicles you have to remove the transmission pan...loosening the mounting bolts from back to front letting the back of the pan tilt down draining the fluid into a drain pan. Then remove all the bolts and the pan and clean it wiping the transmission fluid off of the pan and the seal. It's probably a good time to replace the seal and filter at the same time then replace the pan and snug it up going around the pan from back to front. Then refill the transmission fluid through the filler neck in the engine compartment. If you don't know how to do this have it done by a certified mechanic..
