    Losing weight is not just about not eating anything.. Its all wrong.. When you dont eat your metabolism goes slower.. Meaning your body does not work at all.. You need to eat in moderation.. Balanced.. And exercise.. Go in high fiber diet, low carbo and low fat.. Eat small frequent meals like every 3-5 hours a day.. Exercise.. You'll see...
