Why Is It Not Good To Have Your Cat De-clawed?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

There are both good and bad views on declawing cats. Cats kept strictly indoors may be easier to keep if they have been declawed (preferably at a very young age since it becomes a more painful procedure as they get older) They cannot tear up the furniture or door frames in your house. Never ever let a declawed cat outside unless you can monitor them the whole time. Without claws, they cannot defend themselves against other animals or climb a tree to get away from a predator..
