I Have A Two Year Old Female Kitty That Was Recently Spayed. She Has Small, Red Bumps On Her Stomach (Allergy?) Where The Fur Was Shaved And Her Nipples Seem To Be Slightly Swollen. Could This Just Be An Allergy?

Right after we got her, about three weeks ago, we had to take her to the vet to get a dewormer. I'm wondering if the small bumps are related to her swollen nipples, and if they might be an allergy or caused by her hair growing back (like ingrown hairs).
