Get your cat to a vet as soon as possible. Of course there is something wrong. This is far from normal for an animal to be loosings its hair. She is sick. Get help

Usually bald patches are caused by a cat over grooming itself for comfort when stressed. Losing weight is also indicative of stress. Has anything changed in its environment, like a new pet or person moving in, or a new baby?
