I Have A Sublease But Dates Are Incorrect, Lead Paint Disclosures Were Not Given, Building Flooding Regularly Was Not Disclosed, The Sub Lease Appears More Like An Agreement Instead Of A Sublease. This Is A Commercial Building. Can You Help?
I would like to get out of this commercial lease without it costing me anymore money, and the landlord is aware of all the drug activity in the mobile home park my business is in but doesn't care. The building had flooded every year prior to my leasing it, lead based paint was used, dates on the lease are incorrect, no repairs are done properly and the drug activity is driving my customers away. I spoke with an attorney who said this isn't really a sublease, it's more an agreement.I'm in Nevada
