What Is The Quickest, Healthiest Way To Lose Weight?

I need a very quick way to lose weight, but its gotta be a healthy way.. Like not starve myself.

    The obvious way is to burn off more than you put in,rules to keeping trim,preplanned what you are going to eat,eat a large breakfast,a medium lunch and a small dinner, i never eat until i feel hungry,only eat enough to stave off the hunger,never stuff yourself full,snack on fruit,take one day a week where you treat yourself to a treat you like then back to it,exercise vigorously for twenty Min's three times a week or more if your up to it,no sugar,or fat laden foods,have a day eating what you like when your down to your target weight.
