Why Did He Say That I'm Ugly When I'm Not?

Boys are never serious and you shouldn't take anything they say to the heart. Sometimes, boys could mean the exact opposite. My advice is to ignore him, if he likes you, he will realize that what he as going wasn't working and will make a bigger effort to show how much he likes you. If he doesn't like you he will leave you alone.
Boys don't know that what they say is hurtful to girls and that us girls will take it differently than if they said something like that "to the guys."

Boys will be boys, and sometimes its all about jealousy. I don't have a lot of time here so I'm going to give you my honest opinion.
He is lying for attention, and most like jealousy. He's jealous of your gorgeous looks that he can't get enough of it.
