How Do I Find My Sons Birth Certificate?
I don't know if the last name on the birth certificate has been changed.

If you don't have it I'm pretty sure you can go to the hospital where he was born and they'll have a copy of it.

If we are talking about the UK, you will need to go to the Births, Deaths and Marriages dept. Of the local council were your son was born/registered.
