This is simple. Every time you think about being jealous, remember one thing...she is the EX. He has chosen you, not her. She lacked something that you have. You fill a need she does not. You have nothing to be jealous of. You are the #1 in his life. She no longer even has a rating. Don't let his Ex interfere in your happiness. When you allow her to get in your head and mess with your happiness you are giving her power over you. Forget her, your boyfriend has!

It's not gonna happen, your gonna stay jealous because that's apart of his life you weren't involved with...just remember there an EX for a reason.... Maybe just maybe if you ask your boyfriend to tell you her bad qualities maybe it well make you feel less jealous

Think about what you are jealous about exactly. If it is about her being your boyfriend's previous girlfriend, then it is just because he made a commitment to her first, not necessarily because she is better for him then you. If it is about your boyfriend liking her, just think about the fact that he is now in a relationship with you, and what that means.
