Can You Help With My Cat?
My 8 mth old cat has had a white milky substance coming out when he see, it has a distinctive odor. He does not cry when he urinates, but it takes him awhile to pee

White milky discharge in male cat is a symptom of penile infection. You should take him to a vet for proper treatment and medication.
