Who Can Colorize Old Photos?
With colored chalks,paints.stencils.or colored pencils?

You can take your original pictures to lab and they can colorize. If you want to experiment, why don't you make copies on copier machine and use color pencils?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say mate but most certainly it has been tried. In fact, some have been doing art work with motion pictures too in a technique called rotoscoping. Check out the movies ' A scanner Darkly ' and 'Waking Life' for instance.
