Every civilized society follows and obeys the rules and regulations set by their elders after making some amendments required for that certain period. We need to follow our elders and progress through their experiences. Now we come to the actual question that what are grandparent's rights and the answer can be explained in the following way.
When a man gets older, he becomes helpless due to his old age and different sorts of diseases. It becomes a moral obligation for their youngsters to take care of them and help them in every sort of trouble and problem. They should be respected well because they deserve this respect.

All their genuine needs and requirements should be fulfilled in time so that they should not feel themselves alone and helpless. Children should try to give them maximum company and listen to their problems because in old age man needs sympathetic behavior from his children and grand children. Even in Quran and other holy books God has ordered to respect one's elders especially parents and grand parents. All the nations who have progressed, they very well take care of their parents and grand parents.
