3. Freshers won't demand for more salary and employee benefits as compared to experienced people.

4.Freshers are packed full of enthusiasm since they are new to the field and would be having high interest towards discovering new ideas.

Company choose fresher to employ for certain reasons Some companies really want to provide chances to young ones. Some companies get paid for giving chance to fresher. Some companies know their requirement and they also know that fresher can do it with a little hard work so there is no need to higher a professional for this task and no need to pay high cost to professional because some times if professional name involved in any service /product/ company get advantage of that.

It helps company to increase their sales and get more profit. as a result of this Company has to pay heavy amount to professionals while in fresher case whether the product is good or the fresher give you an excellent result but as he is not experienced so Company has not to pay heavy amount.
