Could You Tell Me What You Think?
Ok im going to tell you a story about me and you tell em what you think. Well i wanted a ferret and i bugged my parents and they said yes so my brother saw someone that where giving away ferrets so we got them and the weeks past but my parents couldnt handel the smell so they gave it away to my moms co worker and ive been crying ever since, i miss them sooo much. And i still cry today. Any advice and what do you think about the story? ♥♥♥♥♥

Unfortunately parents have the last word when you're a kid and it sucks. I say ask your parents if there is a pet they would allow you to have. Dog, Cat, Bird. Otherwise it sounds to me like you may be a bit bored and need something to do, or you want to care for someone other than you. Ask your parents if you could offer to walk the neigbours dogs, or friends dogs. When your parents see how responsible you are, maybe they will let you have a pet.

There is a special shot you can get at the vet that can make it smell less. It might be expensive but I imagine it can help.

I'm sorry to hear that. My advice to you would be tell them how much she meant to you, then try and find another animal that interests you. If another animal doesn't interest you then try to figure a way to help get the smell less smelly [all i could think of].
Then convince your parents and let them have one more chance.

You won't like my answer, i believe that these animals should be left in the wild and not brought up as pets.

ferrets are not wild animals. they were "domesticated" before ancient Egyptians built the pyramids.
There is ONE species that is CRITICALLY endangered and ONE population of wild native ferrets in the US and they are so different that they can not interbreed.

Sorry about your ferrets sweetie, but you really should try looking at it from your parents point of view. I have had some experience with these animals and know that they can be impossible to litter train and they do their smelly business in every corner of whatever room they are in which causes unsanitary living conditions for you and your whole family. The smell will permeat to other areas of your home also and draw insects into your home as well. They also chew on most everything they can get into their mouths.
Ferrets really do belong in their natural environment. They would not be happy locked up outside in a cage either.
Maybe you could sit down with your parents and come up with a pet that everyone would be happy with.

Ok I don't know if your the same child I just typed to but if you want a ferret you got to keep the cage clean and it is no easy job but the joy they bring you is worth it and the bedding it is the same with all animals keep em fed clean and up to date on their shots and out of trouble and you will be doing them and you a good thing. See if your mom and dad will give you another try with the ferret I don't see you getting the other one back unless you pay the person who took him all that they spent on him or her and if they r any kind of person they will understand and not have a problem and giving the ferret back but be prepared for them to say no and just see if in time your parents will let you have another one and Your mom and dad can always contact me for info i will be glad to help them and also you can go to groups for ferrets on yahoo.
