Is It Okay To Give My Kittens Their Shots? The Sick Ones? Will They Be Okay?

I Have 9 Kittens. They Have All Had The Rhino Virus In The Last 6 Weeks. Some Nearly Died, But All Are Now Eating, Playing, And Growing. One Still Has A Strange Cough (at Times), Another Has Runny Eyes, And Some Still Sneeze. They Were All On Zithromax in the beginning. I then put them on Amoxi because some were still sick and they were all kept together. Only the ones mentioned are still on Amoxi, but some still sneeze and sound congested when they breathe. They are due for there 2nd rounds of shots this weeks.

The runny eyes and sneezing may be secondary to the viral component of feline upper respiratory complex.  Ideally vaccines are not given to animals when they are ill.  That is why an examination by a veterinarian should done before any vaccines are given--to determine the health status of the kittens and if further antibiotic treatment is needed.  If you give them vaccines when they are sick it can make the illness worse.
