    It may be because you don't sleep enough. As a teenager, you should be getting 9-10 hours of sleep every night. I know sometimes it isn't fun to go to bed that early, but your body needs it, to repair muscle tissues and to give your body a rest. The hours where sleep is most important is before 12:00 AM. So try to go to bed at 9:00, to 9:30. I haven't been getting much sleep lately, so I slept a LOT today, I went to bed at 12:00 (oops :0) and got up at about 1:30 PM!! That's a lot of sleep, but not at the right times, it just isnt healthy to be sleeping at times like that :)
    Hope I helped. Eat healthy food, it REALLY HELPS believe me! Drink TONS of water, maybe a glass as soon as you wake up, don't over sleep, you'll get headaches, and EXERCISE! I know you've heard that a billion times before, but do it.. It works :)
