 What Do You Think About The British Government Policy On Managing Foot And Mouth Disease Outbreaks In Cattle/sheep/pigs?
Current policy is to cull all cloven hoofed domestic animals within a wide perimeter of any outbreak, even though there is a vaccine available.

 I think that the management is not as well planned as I thought it would be. I heard about, them I thought it was the wrong notion.
