How Do I Deal With Two Backstabbing Co-workers And A Boss That Doesn't Care?
I just learned earlier today that my 2 co-workers complained about me & that makes me really mad because I have been nothing but nice to them. I have helped them both out of jams & this is how they repay me? I'm very upset & having a hard time dealing with this. I have a huge headache! I want to quit but it is a really good job that pays VERY well. Why should I quit? I could go to my "new" boss but lately he's been acting like he's overwhelmed & can't deal with much more.

Well, its very simple. You should not quit at all. Its them who are at fault and you should not quit rather they should feel sorry. The problem right now is you cant make your boss understand. So take it easy right now. Just keep your head down. Be sweet to the two of them. But you will know when its the right time to hit back.Look out for time when they are most vulnerable and then hit back and complain to the boss.

First of all, keep your mouth shut and smile all the time. Then work on getting another job, and exit with professional notice. This is the only solution when chronic complainers come in and stir the pot.

Backstabbing is very common in every office loll. Quiting is not the solution for your problem. Donot get irritated with these people. Calm down yourself everything will settle down
