I Want To Start A Company, Already Have A Good Business Plan All I Need Is Money. What Should I Do?

I have a choice of two businesses, one is a candle company which I have had for a year now, and the other is concrete engraving which would be a start up. My only downfall is my credit score which is 598, I have some recent late payments because my inept husband just stopped paying things. I thought perhaps the SBA would have some kind of plan for a women entrepreneur who was laid off from her auto industry job. The candle biz would need about 55,000 and the concrete biz needs 135,000, leaning toward candle biz.

You can explore your personal contacts to get the money in the first place. Like a family member or a friend that is interested in doing a co venture with you. There are a number of organizations that help people especially women in setting up their businesses. Since you have not mentioned which city or state you are from it would be very difficult to tell you which organizations in your area do that. However, as a general tip look around for all such organizations and contact them with your business plan.
