Does She HAVE To Include Them In Her Last Will?

I Need Info About Making A Last Will, My Mother Is Making A Her Will Her Self On-line.when She Was Very Young She Had Two Children That She Was Forced To Adopt Out...later On In Life She Had Two More Children Whom She Raised about 25 years later the two children that were adopted out contacted one of the children she raised. They had a very short term relationship with there birth mother (only about a 1 year) and she hasn't heard from the adopted children for about 3 years now. The adopted children don't want anything to do with her.

Absolutely not.    A last will is just that.......it is the last wish of the person.   The assets belong to her and she is allowed to dispose of them as she chooses.   She could leave all of her assets to a charity or anyone she wants, related or not.
I would urge her to be sure to file her will at the local county court of records.   That way, if the will came up missing, there would be an official record.    Hope this helps.
