Who Discovered Sulfur And In What Year?

    Apparently, the year and person(s) who discovered sulfur are unknown to science.  We do know it was used up to 2000 years before the birth of Christ by pagan priests.

      Actually sulfur was discovered as an element by Hennig Brand and identified by Atoine Lavoisier around the time of 1669.

      Yes, it was discovered in 1669 by hennig brand and then identified as the element by antoine lavoisier in 1777
