Which File Do I Use To Open A Dll File With?

When i save Bink32 it opens with wordpad and doesn't work now i cant find which file makes it work

DLL Stands for Dynamic Link Library. These files are used by applications and contain instructions. They don't generally store any data that you would need to see or change, unless you are programming. I'm guessing you aren't because you are asking this question in the first place.
