I'm sorry to say you can't. Until you can put the phone under your name, which you can't do until your 18, they have full access to it from their online account. Unless you know the password to it and can change it... Along with their password to the email it's created with... You can't stop it.

Just knowing the password to the account for the cell service alone wouldn't do good because they can use the "Forgot Password" option on the site to reset it through their email.
