Unfortunately, you have to pay up, or get out. What a jerk to do that to a man of the service! He should be more understanding of what you do over there!

You can also go to or call the courthouse, and see what they can tell you. I wouldn't think that a landlord could do that in a case like this. Hope this helps, good luck.
