Can A Landlord Charge You 1st, Last And A Deposit For A Home Rental?
My son is moving out and he found a house and the owner wants to charge him 1st, last and a deposit, to move in. I thought they could only charge you either 1st and last or 1st and a deposit. Is this true?

If that is what you agree to when you sign the agreement then yes they can charge whatever you put your name to without reading the agreement.
