How Long After Having Surgery Would It Take Mercer To Appear?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

It is not necessary to have MRSA (not mercer which is wrong pronunciation) after the surgery. MRSA are bacteria which can be acquired from the hospitals and infected people/objects. If operation theater, surgical instruments and beds in the ward were properly clean and sterilized then you will not get MRSA.

These bacteria are usually present on our skin without any harm but can cause infection when our skin has any cut, burn or wound. So, you should keep your wounds closed by using proper bandage and keep using antibiotics prescribed by your doctor. Otherwise, you can get MRSA infection within 3-5 days.
