    Walking is a good exercise for thighs, and better yet dancing, especially if you can do this somewhere private where you can incorporate leg lifts and kicks and things like that. Swimming is also a good overall exercise that uses the legs and thighs and behind area. You can borrow books from the library or get a magazine off the shelves in the drugstore, find one that advertises thinner thigh exercises on the cover.

      Bike riding 

      Running in place or on a treadmill

        First of all it doesn't matter how fat they are in my opinion i think if you are still in school you should do sports..if you don't and running will definitely help eat healthy and also keep a positive mind when you feel like you want to quit that's when you try the most
