What Is That Cartoon Character?
What is the name of that cartoon, it used to play in between all the cartoons in the 70's. It was a boy in school who made a paper airplane and then began daydreaming that he was an astronaut. Then he would look at the fish tank and dream of swimming with sharks. It ran all the time with all the other cartoons, can't find it anywhere, does anybody know what I am talking about?

It sounds like a commercial that might have been a schoolhouse thing, encouraging children to use their imaginations. I seem to barely remember it too, but this is what I recall.
