How To Write A Short Report?

The best way to write a short report comparing two similar organizations is to first make a list of all the topics that you want to cover in the report. Start off with the main heading lets assume ‘introduction’ and then give two sub headings one for each organization in which you will introduce both the organizations like
1.      Introduction
1.1.   Organization 1
1.2.   Organization 2

Proceed in this way till you cover all the topics. In the appendix you can also make a table that summarizes the comparison like this:
