Can You Solve For X. 3x - 3 = 2x?

    Subtract 2x from both sides of the equation to get
    x - 3 = 0

    Add 3 to both sides of this equation to get
    x = 3

    Check
    3*(3) - 3 = 2*(3)
    9 - 3 = 6    (yes)
