Has Anyone Out There Lost Weight On 2 Meals Per Day?

I am pretty fat and want to get into shape and be thinner.

    Yes, but you will probably gain it right back.  To lose weight you should do it healthily and always consult your doctor.  So you dont gain it back.  Try taking a multivitamin daily, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and eat 3 meals of the 4 food groups.  Stay away from starches, sugars, pop, treats, etc.  Exercise regularly at least 30 minutes daily.  Get at least 8 hours of sleep and always eat breakfast.  If you cheat and give in to cravings then don't give up just snack on little bits.  Join a health club if you can.  There is a free website called sparkle.com that is like weight watchers and is very helpful and free.  It helps motivate you.  I like it.  Stay away from diet pills, they are very dangerous in the long run.  I dont care what people say.  Good luck.  I am a medical assistant.  This is the best way to lose weight and remain doing this and turn it into a routine so you dont gain it back.  Set short goals also helps.  Take care you can do it.  Think positively.

      Believe me, I have tried to lose weight but trust me, cutting back on food doesn't help.  It just makes you more hungry.  The best way to lose weight is to exercise.  I know it sounds gay but it works.

        If you have the willpower to stick with it for a lifetime, yes you can loose weight
