Time management and organizational skills are highly related to efficiency and effectiveness of the individuals in the organization. Employees should know how to manage their time effectively to achieve organizational goals in efficient and timely manner. For example, a production manager has to take care of various dimensions such as raw material procurement, supply chain management, production control, quality assessments, enhancing labor productivity, optimizing productivity, enhancing layout of the facility, optimizing processes, production methods etc. For all these, the manager has to develop organizational skills which could allow him to perform his tasks efficiently.
