    Time management and organizational skills are highly related to efficiency and effectiveness of the individuals in the organization. Employees should know how to manage their time effectively to achieve organizational goals in efficient and timely manner. For example, a production manager has to take care of various dimensions such as raw material procurement, supply chain management, production control, quality assessments, enhancing labor productivity, optimizing productivity, enhancing layout of the facility, optimizing processes, production methods etc. For all these, the manager has to develop organizational skills which could allow him to perform his tasks efficiently. Time management is one of the organizational skills which is necessary for achieving organizational goal. Organizational skills include time management, people skills, communication skills, competencies in one's own functional area etc. Both are highly related to each other.
