You need to clarify the issues you face with your ID.
You can use the "Contact Us" option at Blurtit and notify the Blurtit team of whay your ID isn't working and what error you receive.
If you receive error like "Your ID and Password doesn't match", then that means you have mistakes in your ID or Password, in case you forgot your password, then use the "Forgot your Password" option and get your password in the Email.
Incase you are unable to ask and answer questions or unable to view your profile properly, you can report it to Blurtit or Moderators and your problem will be solved soon.
