I Need Study Tips For This Big, Important Test! Can You Help?
You know the big and important tests that students have to take every year for most subjects? Well, in my state, it is called the SOL. I need to study for it and the math one is one week away! I knew that I should have studied better before, but studying didn't really help because I still need more practice. I want to get a good grade on the SOL. I tried my best to study. I need better study tips. (Such as some books that I can borrow from the library or some websites, etc) Please help!

Repetition is the key to memorization. Review your study sheets, notes, and instead of stressing over the test, make memorization and studying as fun as possible. Turn it into a game or make songs out of some of the statements you need to remember. Does this make any sense? Well, it worked for me when I was in college, and that was only last year.

You are a very bright student. I don't know if you use acronyms to help you remember things. Flash cards with different colors to help you remember things in certain categories help. Setting time aside every day to study a little is better than cramming. I'm sure you don't do that. Switching between subjects when you get tired studying one, and then going back to the one you were tired of. I have faith in you. You need to have faith in yourself.

Eating fruits to help keep your energy level up. Only use caffene if you have to. Go for a brisk walk and then go back to studying. Get a study partner.
