Can I Qualify For A Home Loan ,with Only 2,000.00 Income Per Month?

Answer Question

This may depend on how much the home costs.

There are certain income limits for mortgage payments.

Your payment has to be a certain percentage of your monthly income.

The percentage may vary from lender to lender.

It also depends on the terms of your mortgage (15yr,30yr,40yr).

There is also a math formula used to figure out your monthly payments.
It works for amortized loans with fixed APR's.
Want me to give it to you?
